We want our properties to feel like your home-from-home,
complete with all your creature comforts.

Your key is held in a safe. As soon as you have confirmed your booking we will give you the code so you can collect it whenever it suits you.

We ask you not to arrive before 3pm and to leave by 10am. On occasion, we will make alternative arrangements if this helps you out. If we can accommodate you, if we can ensure our cleaners can get in to the apartment or house, clean it thoroughly before your arrival and have it all ship shape and sparkling for you, we will endeavour to provide you with early entry to the property.

If you do have a problem, our general manager Ben will be on hand, as will our our maintenance staff. Give them a call and they’ll seek to remedy the problem as quickly as possible. You should look to the website for the latest set of contact details or refer back to your original confirmation booking for telephone details. In the interest of keeping our apartments as clean and hospitable as possible, we ask you not to smoke in the house. That said, many of our apartments have terraces with wonderful views where you are welcome to enjoy a cigarette.

Your beds will be made up with fresh, hotel quality linen and there will be bath towels, hand towels and some toiletries provided in your welcome pack. We ask you not to take these towels onto the beach, so you will need to bring towels for the beach.

There is on-street parking outside most the apartments and it is very rare that you will not be able to find a space close by. However, should you have a problem then there is an excellent multi story car park in the centre of town the costs of which vary according to what time of year. However on Saturdays, the cost for staying in the multi-storey car park in Leopold Street is £3.70 for up to 24 hours. If you would like to bring your pet, please talk to us first. Some properties are suitable for pets, generally dogs are the pets we expect to be asked questions about. However, the most important thing for us is that when you bring your pets, out of consideration for future guests, any mess caused by them is taken care of by the owners. Also, we ask they are kept from getting on to our furniture. We will ask for cleaning costs to be paid for by you if there is significant extra work required when cleaning the apartment after you have left.

Yes, we can easily accommodate large parties. Our apartments are all close together and some even share the same building. Our accommodation Little Ships, Sundowner and Tall Ships are in the same building and will, in total, sleep 14 in 7 bedrooms with 7 bathrooms. Seascape and Regency are also side by side within the same building and can sleep up to 6 people. We also have a building called Granville Marina. This has 5 apartments in the one building and can sleep up to 26 people.

Little Ships is our only ground-floor apartment. However, there are three shallow steps up to the front door.

Some of our properties have cots and highchairs available for use, however it’s always best to check with us directly before making your booking.
