This is a stunning four-bedroom, newly renovated house in a prime location in Ramsgate on Addington Street. This street is the old high street, full of listed buildings and still hosting lovely antique shops, historic pubs and a great coffee shop too.

Just minutes walk from the town and local amenities and 25 minutes maximum drive to Sandwich. A few minutes taxi ride from Ramsgate Train station so it's easy to get the train to Sandwich for The Golf Open. 

This house has one super-king master bedroom, two king sized rooms and one twin.

The open plan kitchen diner is generous in size and is on the lower ground floor, with a courtyard garden that catches the morning sun, the perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee. The kitchen diner is complete with all the essentials you need for your stay and makes a great entertaining space. There is also a utility room off of this space complete with washer and dryer as well as a WC. 

On the ground floor you will find a snug room for setting the world to rights and drinking your favourite Whiskey. There is also a spacious lounge complete with projector, electric ceiling screen, Netflix & digital movie library & high-spec surround sound system. And to finish it off there are opening bi-fold doors onto the South-West facing small garden and patio.  

There is also a dedicated parking space for one car to the rear of the property and further parking available on surrounding streets.

This house is primarily available for The Golf Open 2020 (10th-20th July) but the owners are open to longer term letting over the whole summer season. Minimum stay of seven nights applies. For stays longer than seven nights please contact us directly for a long stay discount.
